What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
What do I need to bring for my dog?
Just bring your dog! We provide fresh water, and any treats are on us. If your dog has specific dietary needs or medications, please bring those along with instructions.
How do I book an assessment day?
You can book an assessment through your client portal after registering. Simply add your dog’s details, and you’ll be able to request an assessment slot. We’ll confirm availability within 24 hours.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs must be up to date with their core vaccinations including Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, and Kennel Cough. Proof of vaccination is required before attendance.
Is my dog suitable for daycare?
Most dogs thrive in our daycare environment! During the assessment, we evaluate your dog’s temperament and social skills. Dogs should be friendly with other dogs and comfortable in group settings.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
Your dog’s safety is our priority. We have trained staff and first aid equipment on site. In case of emergency, we’ll contact you immediately and transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic if needed.
